Easter Came Early!

April 3, 2011 -

We had a little Easter Celebration while my family was in town. We colored eggs, hunted for eggs, and even the Easter Bunny came! It was great.

 Coloring our Eggs.....

Gillian was very intense about her eggs.... and I think she made the biggest mess with it too!

The Easter Bunny left us with a big surprise....

Rowynne already trying out the candy...

Finding Easter Eggs. Rowynne actually did pretty good. However she didn't want to put them in the basket. She kept trying to grab more eggs out of the basket, whenever we wanted her to put one in.

Trying on some of the Easter Goodies... I think this was made for children!

 Rowynne with he bunny ears!

Bunny Ears.... with Bunny Mask! Creepy!

White Family Visit.....

March 31 - April 8 -

My family was in town for a week and it was great. I miss having them around. I wish that Rowynne and Marley lived closer so that they could grow up together because they have so much fun together when they do see each other. I am grateful that my family can come up and visit every once in awhile because it is so nice to have them here.
Here are some of the many pictures that we took over that week:

The girls helping with the dishes:

The Boys playing video games and putting babies to sleep:

Marley trying to put every pacifier in the house... in her mouth:

See now don't you understand why I love having them around... they make life so much fun!

Pantry Disaster

March 26, 2011 -

So after my Pillow Thief of a baby woke up that morning she made her way to the PANTRY. The day Rowynne learned to crawl was the day that my easy going baby... became the baby of mass destruction. She can get into all our cupboards and drawers which means that most of the time my pots, pans and many other kitchen items end up on the floor. So whenever the pantry door is left open Rowynne crawls right to it... it's like her own personal toy kitchen.

Caught in the Act.....

This is just the beginning of the destruction that will be caused by my Angel Baby! Sometimes I have to admit it's easier to just let her play in it because it makes her so happy and keeps her occupied for long stretches of time.

Pillow Thief

March 26, 2011 -

So this morning I woke up to Rowynne totally trying to steal my pillow....

Happy St. Patty's Day!

March 17, 2011 -

We celebrated St. Patty's day in style Rowynne and I..... sitting at home wearing our GREEN! LoL

Nana sent Rowynne a cute St. Patty's Day present.... Thanks Nana!

Nana put buttons on her green socks! So cute... I bet no other kid had socks as cool as this for St. Patty's Day.  Gotta love the button socks!

This was Rowynne all decked out in her holiday gear... Green from head to toe!

 Up close of the socks....

When I put on her bracelet Rowynne kept trying to eat it. It was funny! These are pictures of Rowynne trying to eat her St. Patty's bracelet from Nana.

Spring Fever 2011

March 4, 2011 -

So for those of you who don't know Cory and I are on our Stake Activities Committee. Our first activity this year was a Adult Stake Dance... I know it sounds corny but I guess they have been doing them for years. I was involved in the decorations. It started out fun then towards the end it was a little more stressful. But it all turned out great, but I am glad its over it was exhausting! I made the puff balls we hung in the air and the centerpieces, it was a lot of work!

I also made these tiny flowers out of tissue paper..... Last minute!

Cory's job at the dance was to take pictures. We created a little backdrop with a bench and some decorations to incorporate the theme. I even made mustaches and lips so people could be a little goofy in the pic if they wanted too. The picture booth was a big hit I think people liked it the best. We printed everyone's picture at the end of the dance so they could take it home. It was fun!
