Jazz Game!

So a while back Cory got free tickets to the Jazz game from work. He called me one day at work and was like do you wanna go to the Jazz game tonight, and I was like sure! It was tons of fun except for the whole having to walk blocks away in the cold, by the time we go into the stadium I was an ice cube. But we survived and then Cory bought me the most expensive hot dog I have ever eaten! No seriously it's ridiculous.

Jazz Sign in the Delta Center... GO JAZZ!

Boozer... taking some free throws!

I took a picture of Cory.... thats why its so close!

It was revenge for him taking this picture! I swear I was having more fun that it looks!
The Jazz Bear was like dangling from the top of the bleachers. I thought that he was going to fall off and we were going to be part of the first tragedy at the Jazz game... with ambulance and all! But no I guess he is used to doing crazy stuff like this.

This was the final score.... 77 - 79. The Jazz lost :( So I guess I would be considered bad luck since at my first Jazz game they lost but it was still a ton of fun to watch them play.
Great Date Night!

Our uh, Valentine's Day?

Happy Valentines Day all!
So Valentine's Day('s) Saturday and Monday can count as well since such a Romantic day fell on a Sunday, and how in the world can a Sunday be Romantic. Anyway, so I had to work basically all day both Saturday and Monday, but still tried to do something for my little honey bun. On Saturday, I got her the best Valentine's gift and girl could get: A NINTENDO NES (the original one)! It was so cool and I remembered her talking about how it would be fun to have one a few days before. When I surprised her with it, she just gave me a weird look like, "You actually got that?" Oh well, better luck next year, right? Sunday (the actual V-Day) was fun. After church (and getting yelled at by one of Meygen's young women for not making my wife heart-shaped pancakes even though we woke up late and wouldn't have gone to church had we eaten heart shaped pancakes), we went to Mom and Dad's for our weekly Dinner/Lunch thing that we do. It was super yummy (thanks Mom!). And then we looked at some family photos and made a gingerbread house. I know, it sounds really weird, but that's what we did for the big V-day and it was pretty darn fun! Well, that is until Kyle and I got a hold of it and turned it into the gingerbread house of horrors! Muahaha! Check out the pics and you'll see what I mean.
Chersty and Meygen worked hard on the house.

Die Mr. Gingerbread man!

Die!

Food coloring made a pretty morbid scene.

We played with the puppies a bit. Well, I did.

Kira is so mellow, she'll take just about anything.

Food smash!

The aftermath, and not so happy mother.

Kyle tried to help clean up after his catastrophe.

Yes, catastrophe.

Inspecting our Future Home!

So, after accepting the counter offer from the seller, we went to check out our awesome-jawesome condo of power! We had a few stragglers as you can see in the pictures below. Mike (our realtor) came and helped us check things out and make sure everything was in working order. We absolutely love this place, it's roomy, the colors are perfect and everything in it is basically brand new (or close to brand new). Anyway, here are a few pics and vids of our little outing.

Chersty thought Dad was taking pictures, muahaha! And the other vid is a quick view of the living room, kitchen and hallway.
