The Dustin clan visited Rowynne a few days after we got home from the hospital. It was fun to see the girls play with my little girl. I hope that one day Autumn will be baby-sitting Rowynne. How crazy would that be.

Getting Dressed....
This video is of me getting Rowynne dressed for the first time. Getting all pretty to come home!
Going Home
Thursday we got to go home with baby Rowynne. My mom was with us so it wasn't as scary as it might have been if it had just been me and Cory. It was funny because everyone expected me to have a much larger baby than Rowynne had actually been that her coming home outfit was HUGE on her. She looked like she was swimming in her clothes. Our baby wasn't as large as we might have expected!

Mommy getting Rowynne all dressed up for the ride home. First time for everything!

Little Rowynne in her chair all buckled for the ride home. Rowynne actually was very good for the ride home, but by the time we made it to the Condo she was screaming to be fed.

She is seriously the cutest baby I have ever seen! I could just pinch her cheeks all day!

This was Rowynne all swaddled in her porta-crib in our bedroom.
Ready for the first night at home!
Hospital Fun
We spent two days with the wonderful people at the Women's Center at Alta View Hospital. All of my nurses were so nice and everyone treated us so great. I don't think I had one bad thing to say about the experience. My favorite nurse Cathy even brought me a Coke after the delivery. It was my one request.... after not being able to eat or drink anything for over 15 hours I needed one badly.
The hospital we delivered at does a special dinner for the mom and spouse the last night you are in the hospital. They brought in this cute little table and we got to eat steak and have chocolate cheese cake it was all so good. Way better than the stuff that I had been getting from the cafeteria the other day.
Our last meal in the hospital!
Because Cory is the best husband ever, he brought be an edible bouquet. It was all chocolate dipped strawberries. So yummy and the best treat after you just had a baby!
This was Cory's bed for two days. He toughed it out in the crappy fold out chair/bed. In fact the second night Cory squeezed into my hospital bed. In fact at one point Cory was in bed and I was sitting in the chair when the Nurse came in and she asked "whose blood pressure she was taking" Cory had no become the patient instead of me. It was fun!

Baby's First Videos
Here are a couple of videos of the day Rowynne was born.
Its fun to hear her new born baby cry! So cute!
Rowynne is Born!
After Rowynne was born it was all a whirlwind. Everything was moving so fast, its almost hard to remember now. We were lucky that Rowynne's nurse for the delivery just so happened to be Cory's cousin Jodi. It was cool to have here there making sure she was 100% perfect in every way.
Rowynne right after she was born getting weighed, measured, poked, and pricked.
She handled it all very well.

These are Rowynne's tiny feet. So precious!

Lots of Visitors!
Rowynne has so many people who love her and it was proven by all the many visitors she received in the hospital. Not to mention everyone else who came to our house.
Here are just a few of the awesome friends and family who came to see Rowynne on her special day.
