Hee Haw Farms

October 21, 2011 -

To celebrate the Halloween season we went to Hee Haw Farms. Hee Haw Farms is a great family fun place they have a pick your own pumpkin patch, hayride, animal train, pony rides, and many other fun activities. We had a blast, I'm glad I got my 9 month pregnant self off the couch and out the door... it was  so much fun and totally worth it.

One of the activities was this huge corn pit. It was filled with tons of corn kernels. The kids were having a blast, it was going everywhere. Kids were stuffing it down their pants and throwing it in the air. I tried to burry Rowynne it ther kernels but she totally freaked. She just wanted to throw it.

After the corn pit we headed straight to the Petting Zoo. Rowynne was so funny she kept calling all of the animals "Puppies," I guess we need to start working on our animal names. We even got some food to feed the animals, Rowynne was loving it till the Pig put Rowynne whole hand in its mouth... after that she was totally afraid of the animals. Every time one would get close she would run to either Cory or I to pick her up. I hope she will get over the fear soon!

Daddy took Rowynne on the big slide... since Mommy was unable too!

 At the bottom... Big Smiles

Daddy even took Rowynne on the Animal Train. We were worried if she went by herself she would climb out during. And Mommy sure wasn't going to fit in one of those things, belly and all!

After all the activities we went straight to the Pumpkin Patch. It was this  huge field surrounded by sunflowers. It was really cool.

Rowynne was loving picking her own pumpkin.
Every one she passed she would try to carry... no matter how big or small it was.

Standing on her Pumpkin.... Now she does tricks!

Rowynne and Daddy were eating the Sunflower seeds. Yum Yum!

Happy Halloween
