Eagle Mountain had a city fair so even though we knew we wouldn't be riding any rides, unless we went alone, we still went to enjoy the fair, walk around and see all the booths. While we were enjoying ourselves Cory noticed this guy fully decked out in army gear. Turns out he was dressed up as a character out of Halo. Cory was super excited and had to get a picture with the guy.
